Assisting 200hr and 500hr YTT's out in Amherst at YCA is keeping me on my toes! It's a huge time commitment when you factor in the driving but it is so rewarding. I find my practice and teaching getting more grounded, being informed on such subtle and important levels. It is always such a privilege to get to revisit the work that is being done there. I cannot do it justice now but hope to write much more on this later.
Planning Winter 2013-2014 retreats on the gorgeous island of Vieques, Puerto Rico (Dec/Jan) and in the mountainous countryside of JAPAN (Feb/March). One very close by community with warm air and the most pristine white sandy beaches another a world away with promises of tamami mats, hot springs, snow monkeys and many moments of zen from the delicious healthy meals to outdoor and city excursions. Message me early with interest.
